I charge for travel outside of a 45 mi radius of  Moody, Tx 76557. Travel fees vary depending on distance/airfare/lodging/etc...When you inquire I will give you all of that info up front!

For Destination/Out of Tx weddings- the client is responsible for travel + accommodations Please reach out for a custom travel quote based on date + location.

The packages that I offer are all customizable to your needs and will allow me to serve you to the best of my ability. If you prefer a customize package please reach out so we can chat the deets and create something to fit you best!

Totally O.K! I am always looking for new and unique places to shoot so just let me know what kind of vibe/scenery you’re thinking of and I will try my best to the perfect location for you.

I do not alter the permant physical appearance of any of my clients! I will however do minor touch ups on non-permant things such as acne, whiten teeth, etc

Short answer, no. As a creative half of the experience with me is having me edit the images that I take. If I were to provide the RAW images to you then you’d only be getting half of what you pay for. 

Quite frankly as soon as possible!

For portrait sessions you will receive your full online gallery within 2 weeks from your session date.

For weddings you can expect the full gallery to be in your hands within 8 weeks of the wedding date. I know it’s always nail biting to sit and wait for your images, but i have these timelines for a reason and will never rush the process. The wait will be worth it, promise!

For sessions I require a non-refundable booking retainer fee of $100. This fee is to be paid within 24hrs of booking to reserve your date and time along with a signed contract. 

For weddings a non-refundable booking retainer fee of $750 for any Saturday/Sunday and $500 for Monday-Friday is required to reserve your date along with a signed contract. 

The rescheduling and cancellation policy for your session/wedding will be outlined in your contract. 

Ahh Covid… such fun times we’re going through. Look, I get it Covid sucks and we never know when it may affect us; however, it’s been around long enough now for it not to be considered and “unknown” any longer. 

Should the government issue a state-wide shutdown making it impossible for the event to happen or me do my job then that would be considered a Force Majeure. 

Rescheduling due to Covid will be subject to a rescheduling fee. Rescheduling and cancellation policies will be outlined in your contract.

Payments can be made via credit/debit or ACH draft through the invoice that i send to you electronically. Payments are ran via Stripe and I am unable to see any banking information. I am also more than happy to take a check if that’s something you’re more comfortable with. 

Contracts protect both me as the business owner and you as the client! I would be concerned if I were a potential client of a photographer and didn’t receive a contract to look over and sign before booking. My contracts work both ways, are easy to understand, and can be modified if need be to make us both feel more comfortable. 

Email or communication through your Honeybook portal is always appreciated over text message as it allows me to keep track of things better and also for proper client/company boundaries. If you ever need to contact me for an immediate answer or emergency please shoot me a text message. I am online regularly and will respond to you at my earliest convenience (usually same day).
